Graph visualization is a way of representing structural information as diagrams of abstract graphs and networks. It has important applications in networking, bioinformatics, software engineering, database and web design, machine learning, and in visual interfaces for other technical domains.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.graphviz.org\/<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I was interested in finding out if Graphviz could be used as a domain model authoring tool in my MSc Applied Project.\u00a0 \u00a0 The following is a set of notes that describe my attempts to install this software.\u00a0 It is important to have these notes so that one does repeat the same failed installation processes in the future.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Installation Notes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Free front ends.<\/p>\n<p>Object Store versus Relational Database<\/p>\n<p>Original Install (Doesn\u2019t work)<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"Of2IJC2cI8\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/macappstore.org\/graphviz-2\/\">Install Graphviz on Mac OSX<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
